Trevor’s Wine Club Terms of Service

Pickup & Fulfillment

• Wines are available for in-store pickup only at the location selected during sign-up.
  
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
  
• You may authorize another person (21+) to pick up your order. They must present their ID and a copy of your email receipt. Please notify us in advance by emailing wineclub@trevorsliquor.com.
  
• Shipping is not available during summer months due to temperature constraints. If shipping becomes available during cooler months, it will be restricted to within Arizona only, and subject to additional fees. Updates regarding shipping availability will be communicated via email and/or the website membership page.
  
• Wines must be picked up within 60 days of the release date. After 60 days, bottles are forfeited and will not be refunded or replaced.
  
• In the event of a billing failure, Trevor’s will contact you using the contact information provided at sign-up. Membership benefits may be paused until billing is resolved.

Member Benefits

• Benefits are active immediately upon enrollment, including before your first wine pickup. There may be a short delay before your membership status is updated in-store. For immediate activation, show your email receipt at checkout; management can update your membership profile.

10% Off Retail Wine Purchases

• At checkout, staff will verify your membership by attaching your profile using your phone number or email address. When your profile is linked to the Wine Club, the discount will apply automatically. If you have just joined and your profile has not yet been updated, show your Wine Club receipt (within 30 days, name must match ID) as backup. May exclude highly allocated, rare, or limited-release bottles at Trevor’s discretion.

20% Off Trevor’s-Hosted Wine Events

• Look for the member discount code in your Wine Club emails and enter it at checkout when purchasing tickets. If you cannot find your code, contact your Wine Concierge for assistance. Discount applies only to events hosted by Trevor’s. Co-sponsored or third-party events may be excluded.

Waived Corkage Fees

• Choose any wine from our retail store shelves to enjoy in our restaurant or bar. Let your server know you are a Wine Club member before receiving your check. Staff will confirm your membership using your phone number or email address. If your profile has not yet been updated, show your Wine Club receipt (within 30 days, name must match ID) as backup. Waived corkage does not apply to outside bottles.

Concierge Service

• Members can visit the members page or contact wineclub@trevorsliquor.com for special wine orders, party sourcing, or general questions.

Loyalty Points Accrual

• Points from Wine Club membership fees are awarded automatically each billing cycle. Points are also earned on in-store purchases, calculated on the pre-tax subtotal (after discounts).

Other Terms

• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on Wine Club selections.
  
• By joining, you agree to receive Wine Club communications via email and/or SMS. You may opt out at any time, though transactional communications (e.g., receipts, pickup reminders) may still be sent.
• Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits apply only to the named account holder unless otherwise specified.
  
• Wine Club discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Trevor’s.
  
• All in-store consumption of wine is subject to state liquor laws and Trevor’s in-house policies.
  
• In the event of distributor shortages or supply issues, Trevor’s may substitute wines of equal or greater value. Members will be notified of any substitutions via email.
  
• Additional bottles of Wine Club selections may be available for purchase while supplies last. For availability, contact your concierge.
  
• Monthly membership capacity may vary depending on distributor allocations and supply availability.
  
• Each person may hold only one active Wine Club membership at a time. Trevor’s may offer additional membership options in the future, but multiple concurrent memberships per individual are not permitted.

Cancellation

Cancellation may be completed online at www.trevors.com/account or by emailing wineclub@trevorsliquor.com. Cancellation requests by email must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.

Force Majeure

• Trevor’s Liquor shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill Wine Club benefits due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, distributor shortages, government regulations, or transportation disruptions.

Modification or Termination of Program

• Trevor’s Liquor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Wine Club program at any time, with or without notice.
