New Barrel pick is now available at both locations πŸ₯ƒ One of our most diverse and complex whiskey releases to date, this cask of whiskey is the product of Thousands of miles of travel and merger of unlikely but complimentary flavors. First Smoky Islay Scotch Casks were acquired and emptied. Second, Jamaican Rum was aged in these Scotch Casks to form a fusion of fruit, sweet and smoky. This became the Barrell Limited Release known as the "Tale of Two Islands." These unique and well seasoned casks didn't go to waste after this use. A Blend of American Whiskeys was rested in these casks to pick up on these unique flavors, creating a Whiskey almost impossible to replicate in complexity and profile.
