These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trevor’s Liquor ("Trevor’s," "we," "our," or "us") services, including our retail stores, website (www.trevors.com), online transactions, promotions, loyalty program, and events.

By accessing our website, making a purchase, participating in promotions, or visiting any Trevor’s location, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Trevor’s Liquor strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and consumption of alcohol.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Trevor’s Liquor only sells and serves alcohol to individuals aged 21 and older. A valid government-issued ID must be presented for age verification.

Trevor’s reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of attempting to purchase alcohol for underage individuals.

By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

3. Purchases, Pricing, & Payment Terms

All alcohol and tobacco sales are final.

Trevor’s does not accept returns on alcohol or tobacco products. Customers may contact Trevor’s regarding damaged, compromised, or defective items (e.g., corked wine). Trevor’s reserves the right to issue replacements or store credit at its discretion.

All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Trevor’s does not store credit card information.

Trevor’s is not responsible for pricing mistakes, inventory discrepancies, or website errors. Trevor’s reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel transactions at its discretion.

4. Online Orders & Alcohol Sales

Trevor’s may offer alcohol sales online, subject to applicable state and federal laws.

Online alcohol purchases may require additional identity verification before processing.

Trevor’s reserves the right to cancel or refuse any online order at its discretion, particularly for suspected fraud or non-compliance with alcohol laws.

Customers must ensure compliance with their local alcohol delivery laws before placing an order.

5. Loyalty Program & Promotions

Trevor’s Loyalty Program is operated through Marsello and allows customers to earn points and rewards on qualifying purchases.

Trevor’s reserves the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program, including reward structures, at any time.

Loyalty program participation is subject to availability and may vary by location.

Trevor’s does not guarantee that any accumulated points or rewards will be honored in the event of program modifications.

Customers may enter Trevor’s raffles or promotions one time unless otherwise specified. Some promotions may allow additional entries based on qualifying purchases.

6. Reservations, Private Events, & Deposits

Trevor’s offers reservations for large parties, private tastings, and special events.

Customers must comply with all deposit and cancellation policies, which vary by location and event type.

Trevor’s reserves the right to charge non-refundable deposits for certain reservations.

Any excessive damage or violations of store policies during an event may result in immediate termination of the reservation and potential financial liability for the customer.

7. Liability Waivers

A. Alcohol Consumption & Assumption of Risk

Customers assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption at Trevor’s locations.

Trevor’s is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption, including but not limited to intoxication-related incidents, property damage, or health complications.

Customers are responsible for arranging safe transportation if consuming alcohol at any Trevor’s location.

B. In-Store Activities, Games, & Events

Trevor’s provides entertainment such as arcade games, golf simulators, and other activities. Participation in these activities is at the customer’s own risk.

Trevor’s is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or damages resulting from participation in games, events, or other activities on the premises.

C. Food Trucks & Third-Party Vendors

Some Trevor’s locations host food trucks, delivery services, and external vendors. Trevor’s is not responsible for the quality, safety, or service of third-party vendors.

Any issues related to food truck orders or third-party services must be addressed directly with the vendor.

8. Website Use & Restrictions

The content, trademarks, images, and product listings on Trevor’s website are the property of Trevor’s Liquor and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Users may not scrape, extract, or collect data from Trevor’s website for any purpose.

Trevor’s reserves the right to limit or terminate access to its website for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Trevor’s provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding availability, product selection, or accuracy of information.

Trevor’s is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website, services, or products.

Trevor’s reserves the right to suspend or modify any service, promotion, or offering at any time without notice.

10. Fraudulent Activity & Abuse

Trevor’s Liquor reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate loyalty accounts if fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or chargeback fraud is suspected. Customers engaging in such activities may be reported to authorities.

11. Cigar & Tobacco Disclaimers

All tobacco sales are final.

Trevor’s Liquor makes no representations regarding the health risks of smoking. Customers assume full responsibility for their use of tobacco products.

12. User-Generated Content & Reviews

Trevor’s Liquor is not responsible for the opinions, reviews, or comments posted by third parties on our website or social media pages.

Trevor’s reserves the right to moderate or remove content deemed inappropriate.

13. Force Majeure

Trevor’s Liquor shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or power outages.

14. Indemnification

By using Trevor’s services, customers agree to indemnify and hold Trevor’s, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to:

• Alcohol consumption
• Participation in in-store events or activities
• Third-party vendor interactions
• Violation of these Terms

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Customers agree to waive their right to class-action lawsuits against Trevor’s.

16. Changes to These Terms

Trevor’s reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of Trevor’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
