New Barrel pick is now available at both locations 🥃 One of our most diverse and complex whiskey releases to date, this cask of whiskey is the product of Thousands of miles of travel and merger of unlikely but complimentary flavors. First Smoky Islay Scotch Casks were acquired and emptied. Second, Jamaican Rum was aged in these Scotch Casks to form a fusion of fruit, sweet and smoky. This became the Barrell Limited Release known as the "Tale of Two Islands." These unique and well seasoned casks didn't go to waste after this use. A Blend of American Whiskeys was rested in these casks to pick up on these unique flavors, creating a Whiskey almost impossible to replicate in complexity and profile.

We happy to announce Trevor’s is hosting a Spring Spritz Bartending Competition!! Showcase your best ‘Spring Spritz’ cocktail using Grey Goose Essence or Patron with Centr CBD Sparking Water. You may use any homemade ingredients or props for your cocktail, as long as there is at least 1oz of Grey Goose or Patron as the base, and at least 1oz of Centr CBD water. Want extra brownie points? They have a great relationship with Kelvin Cooperage, allowing them to receive fresh barrels for their secondary cask finishes. Ranging all over including Australian Port, Barbados Dark Rum, and toasted casks. The majority of their offerings are very limited, and come to the state in small quantities.
