FAQ

  • What is and isn't included?

    Points are based on the subtotals of your store purchases before taxes and shipping, 


    EXCLUDES: Bar, restaurant, golf bays, food truck, event tickets, tax, and shipping.

  • How do I track my points?

    You can redeem points when you have accumulated 5,000 or more. Points do not have a cash value and can only be used for store credit. Points cannot be transferred, shared, or redeemed in any increment under 5,000.

  • How do I redeem points?

    Redeem points for store credit at the retail checkout counters in either store. We now identify members by email address (previously phone #s); if we do not have your email address, we must add it to your account so you'll soon be able to view your account online.

  • What if my points aren’t correct?

    If you believe there's a discrepancy, contact us at cs@trevorsliquor.com, or we can help you at one of our checkout counters.


    Providing a screenshot or any other supporting documentation of your issue can help us resolve it faster. 

  • When do my points expire?

    Your points do not expire as long as you are active within a 365-day period. Any loyalty purchases or points redemptions within a year count as an activity, keeping your points from ever expiring.

  • Do I need to sign up for special benefits?

    No, the system will automatically track what categories you mostly spend, and we will include you on any relevant rewards or benefits that might interest you.

Any abuse, such as creating multiple profiles, can result in suspension or termination of your loyalty account. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Must be 21+ years of age to participate.
