We will craft two delicious cocktails together, then unleash your inner mixologist to create a third, one-of-a-kind drink using what you've learned.
To keep the creativity going at home, you'll leave with samples of house-made fruit syrup and a recipe guide for making your jams, shrubs, syrups, and infusions.

66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot
A beautifully structured wine in its own right, the 2019 Les Forts de Latour shows off with a 95+ point acclaim. Expect a more approachable profile with soft tannins, dried fruit, lavender aromas, and a balanced medium body. It's drinking well now but will only continue to evolve with time.
